1. Overview
Pickable helps businesses publish agent-ready directory listings. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to users and business owners.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, account settings, and subscription status.
- Business listing information: business name, category, description, services, hours, contact details, address, service area, links, FAQs, media, source records, verification status, and claim evidence.
- Payment information: billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Usage and analytics information: profile views, directory searches, MCP or agent queries, outbound clicks, contact actions, audit views, device/browser data, IP address, timestamps, and logs.
- Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, claim notes, and other information you send to us.
3. Public Listing Information
Business listings are designed to be public. Information you publish in a business listing may be visible on public pages, in directory search, in structured data, and through agent-accessible tools such as MCP endpoints. Do not submit private information that you do not want made public.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:

- Publish, search, verify, and display directory records.
- Provide analytics, SEO/ASO audits, recommendations, and premium features.
- Operate agent-accessible tools and structured data features.
- Process subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and billing events.

5. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- The public: published business listing data, source information, and public profile content.
- Service providers: vendors that help us host, store, authenticate, analyze, secure, and process payments for the service.

6. Service Providers
The service is planned to use providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and deployment, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy notices, and data processing commitments.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, measure usage, and operate analytics. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some features may stop working.
8. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. Public listings may remain visible until unpublished, removed, or suspended.
